I am FINALLY baking today. I am going for french loaves, but I am doing it my way. Absolutely nothing was measured, and I have not decided how long I am going to let the first part rise. God forbid I look at the recipe.

Deviled eggs
angel food cake
Brownies use 4 eggs for the big batch
Some pound cakes use up to 12 eggs

Custards, puddings, omelets, cream pies.

Pickled eggs are good too.

It's to hot to bake today! High 94 predicted but it should cool off later in the week if it rains. I plan to do a lot of baking this winter.
