Any Home Bakers Here?

My upside down cake has butter and brown sugar as the first layer, then fruit and topped with the batter. It makes syrup.
That is my plan for next cake. Will try Pineapple this time.
My peaches had enough syrup in them.
That is the standard. It also keeps the top from sticking.
I buttered the bottom parchment, and the sides of spring pan. Everything came away with no sticking issues. Peaches did have syrup on their surface.

I would not bother buttering the parchment paper. When I made a peach upside down cake, I drained the peaches well before putting them in place.
 
I know guys, I feel like im constantly cooking/baking!! But, I have a excuse! I orginized the refrigerator today and saw so much space, besides the yeast rolls are down to five. Mind you, I had 23! They are so so good!! Heres is recipe I did today, it was outstanding, definitely a winner winner chicken dinner!! It tasted like Cheese Cake factory material!
