A friend gave me a sourdough starter yesterday, very excited! Day 2, and still alive, so going strong so far. I think first recipe will be sourdough blueberry muffins.

Biscuits, pancakes and crackers are all easy things to do with discard. You can also make a pizza dough.
The pizza and pancakes were popular in my house when I was teaching a toddler to bake.

We had had 3 days of high 60-70 weather like Indian summer and then tomorrow Back to 40-50 so changing.
