I made Merry Mallow Cookies, they're delicious. I can't leave them alone.

Here's the recipe. Use mini marshmallows instead of cutting big ones.

Today we had brussel sprouts , no fun prepping 2,5 kilos

Having to feed 9 people and a few sick guests ( 4 have a cold and one had a tummy bug he generously passed on to one of my daughters) I only now had time to post some pictures

One ( of 2) roasted geese, they were too big for my oven, I had to cut them up to roast them together, I used the bones to cook a delicious gravy …

Potato dumpling with roasted goose and red cabbage

The next day we has scalloped potatoes

With duck breasts in orange sauce
And vanilla carrots

Cookie alert! I figured out why these cookies are so addictive. They remind me very much of a brownie. Like, specifically, the brownie in the corner, that's crusty on the edges. Don't say I didn't warn you!
