I love fried brussel sprouts with onion.
In our grocery stores here, they sell duck fat in a small container for $7. I read that duck fat is healthy fat.

It’s true, duck fat is healthy. I also read you should use it in moderation.

I try to get duck fat whenever I get a duck while hunting.
