@jnicholes, are you boiling the sap down in the house? A friend told me that she did that and "everything got sticky with sap" from the steam.

I have whittled mine down to sourdough and flour. I added cinnamon the last two times. No measuring, just mixing it until it’s right. He loves it, and it’s less likely to mold. The dog cookie recipe we got from a friend.
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup milk
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder.
Mix the PB and the milk. Stir the flour and BP together, then mix into the wet stuff. It makes a very stiff dough. Roll out about 1/4" thick and cut into cookies. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes. Makes a bunch.
Nice focaccia bread! Is it easy to make? And what are the flavors you made? All my baking is done.

Thank you! It is easy to make, and easy to get hooked on all the ways to flavor it. It can be just a munching bread, or a; sandwich bread, dipping bread or pizza.Nice focaccia bread! Is it easy to make? And what are the flavors you made?
