Can I preferably freeze, or should I refrigerate the dough I didn't use.
Recipe tips for pizza dough says to shape the dough and pre bake it until it puffs and then cool, wrap tightly and freeze. I have been doing this and it works great!

I think the cookie mix in jars is a great idea! It makes it so easy to bake cookies for the person receiving the cookie mix! Or you could do like a brownie mix or another dessert-y mix.OK I need ideas for old fashion Christmas presents. We are planning a trip to goergria for a family reunion at Christmas so yeah. I was thinking some sort of cookie mix in jars or hot chocolate.

@ronott1 Thanks for helping me get my brain in gear. Excuse me as I'm an old forgetful lady.
I have bought frozen pizza dough at the bakery at one of our grocery stores. It was ok. In the past I have made frozen pizzas and did prebake the crust before I put the topping on, double wrapped them well and froze. They were good. I'm going to freeze the baked pizza dough with toppings then after it is frozen vacuum pack the pizzas. Since I'm making small pizzas I can use my large rolls of vacuum bags. I do this with a lot of the vegetables we grow. I blanch, freeze the vegies then vacuum pack the frozen vegies (such as peas and beans and others) and no frost gets in the vegies.

Yum! All this pizza talk is making me hungry! I remember a few months ago (I can't remember if I shared pics or not) we were camping and made these delicious, deep dish pizzas in the cast irons. I can't exactly remember how we made them, but I admit, I wasn't the one that made them either.I have bought frozen pizza dough at the bakery at one of our grocery stores. It was ok. Have you ever had microwave mug cake? The dry mix for that could be another idea? It's just cake, but for people who don't have the time or inclination to bake, or just get hungry for something sweet, it'd be great to have on hand.I was thinking some sort of cookie mix in jars or hot chocolate.

Such a great idea. I make microwave brownies. I like to experiment, so I'm going to give it a go. Should they be more like cake or chewy?
Cake-ish, (fluffy). I did it as a "self-saucing" with some cocoa, sugar and water underneath. It worked, like a normal self-saucing. Had it with icecream. (made a huge mess though, didn't put it in a big enough container)Should they be more like cake or chewy?
A library is a wonderful idea! I found stuff, that I hadn't seen in years, didn't even know we had itWe did just that yesterday. We have a large unfinished room above our garage which has been a catch all room. We finally cleaned it out, got rid of a lot of stuff and put some order to it since it is finally cool enough to be up there and not die from the heat. Eventually we plan on finishing it off and making a library out of it.
TURTLES!!! Yum Yum can't wait!I have a recipe to share soon! I just got to find the recipe.....somewhere in the recipe books.....anyways, it is a recipe for homemade turtles, they're super easy to make and delicious!
I agree with the others...cookie or cake in a jar. But, I'm on the cheap side...so, if hot cocoa is cheaper, then that might be the route I would takeOK I need ideas for old fashion Christmas presents.
