Any Home Bakers Here?

This thread has been awfully quiet.....Has anybody been baking anything exciting lately? The most creative I've gotten lately has been grilled cheese.

If anyone is interested, here's my GF flour recipe....

500 g sorghum, tapioca, and buckwheat flour

250 g potato starch, millet, and sweet white rice flour

75 g corn starch

2 Tbsp Xanthan gum
 
About a week ago I made some s'more brownies using a mix I got from Bass Pro Shops. :lol: Here's what they looked like:

And on Saturday I made dark chocolate chip cookies for a family get-together.

Love the cookies, wish you had done one for the chicken cookie contest - you could still do it ---- but bet they were all eaten, they look delicious.

It's a gluten free flour recipe. With it, you can get any ol' recipe, use that flour instead, and you're good to go!

The end result is much better tasting than one using, say, almond or coconut flour.

Thanks for info - I don't (yet?) need gluten free foods. But it seems the need is increasing everywhere.
