Any Home Bakers Here?

I made aquafaba whipped 'cream' last night. I'm going to use it for a cream pie. I'm dairy free so, so finding this idea was like winning the lotto. The taste is a bit beanie, but not bad.









I just pulled this test loaf of gluten-free sourdough bread out of the oven. It actually smells like real bread! I made need to tweak it more before offering it for sale in my bakery, but I am close.

 
@BakerGirl that recipe for the German Chocolate Cream Pie sure looks good. That would be especially nice in the summer when I don't want to heat the house up baking the traditional GC cake.

The bread was a bit dense, will work on that, but it tastes just like real bread! Woo Hoo!

I am about to bake a loaf of bread in a new domed bread baker.
