Any Home Bakers Here?

Wow guys! I've been seeing some pretty amazing recipes and breads and other tasty delectables here lately! It makes me itchin to get back to baking!
We do casseroles quite often here in Ohio (or maybe it's just my family )! We do a lot of egg casseroles but tator tot casseroles are common too.

Here also...my egg casserole is a quiche.

Nope, not just Utah, likely universal.

We have several one dish meals that last us 3 days - a lot easier than cooking daily.

It's been so long since we made quiche, I can't recall how many eggs are in it. I just know I wish I had a piece right now, lol.

I love quiche! I have been know to throw anything in the fridge into that one as well. Good thing nobody in this family is picky. My siblings and I come up with some crazy stuff, but my mom is just glad she doesn't have to cook!
