Does anyone else do casseroles? Or is that just Utah?

One of my best concoctions was called "bird chop pasta sauce". I'd made some bird chop for my birds and used some to make some pasta sauce. It was delicious. Unfortunately, because I was just throwing veges in the food processor, I didn't have any proportions to recreate the combo.

Looks great! Glad you enjoyed my recipe (yes, I made it up). I've never worked with Einkorn before. I should order some from Azure next time I order.
 
Wow guys! I've been seeing some pretty amazing recipes and breads and other tasty delectables here lately! It makes me itchin to get back to baking! :drool

We do casseroles quite often here in Ohio (or maybe it's just my family :P )! We do a lot of egg casseroles but tator tot casseroles are common too. :)
 
I call them hot dishes - native Minnesotan here. Same thing as a casserole. In Texas some call them a covered dish.
