I once had lunch at a friend's (she was married to an italian) and she did zucchini fried in egg. It was very nice.take the Zucchini slice 1/2 inch slices roll in flour, salt, pepper fry in hot oil till center starts to brown if they are squishy fry less time.. remove them before that
Sucralose is the generic version of Splenda, a sugar substitute. You can use the same amount of sugar if you don't have or don't want to use Sucralose.That sounds nice. What is sucralose?
2 1/2 cups flour
1teaspoon baking powder
1" baking soda
1" cinnamon
1/2teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2" salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2cup soft butter
1cup pumpkin
1egg
1teaspoon vanilla
350 oven
Mix dry then mix wet then together
Grease cookie sheets drop rounded tablespoons bake 15-18 mins cool
Glaze 2 cups powered sugar
1tablespoon melted butter
1teaspoon vanilla
3tablespoons milk mix until smooth drizzle on cooled cookies. They are a soft cake like cookie
