Any Home Bakers Here?

I do NOT own a pressure cooker. When I was first married, we received a pressure cooker for a gift. I cooked LENTILS in the cooker.....had an explosion all over the white ceiling. Got rid of the pressure cooker and NEVER used one again.

It was first and terrible experience. ha ha Aria

Yes! It was a faint taste but there. The lemon curd overpowered the lavender a bit.

Next time I am going to make some of the into ice cream sandwiches

Nice article!
I let pizza dough rise in a zip lock bag. It works great!

Thank you for the kind words. I loved making bread but hated the amount of dishes I had to do, couldn't justify the expense of high end mixers and electricity requirements that go into making dough. So I experimented and found something that is inexpensive and green(I only throw out my ziplock bags once they become useless and when not in use store them in the freezer right after dumping dough into the forms I may use) that works for me.

I love my pressure cookers! I have 4 of them now if you count my pressure canner..That thing is huge!
