if pumpkins can be pressured cooked, how do I do acorn squash?

I split them clean them then a big dollop of butter, salt and pepper
wrap foil around them, place on cookie sheet, put in the oven at 350 for an hour

I would like to pressure cook them. so do I poke holes in them first to pressure cook?

bake in a pressure cooker 20 minutes you can pierce them so the butter goes in more
2 acorn squash, stem trimmed, halved, and seeded

• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup water

Mix in

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
• Salt and pepper to taste

Same way--just has to fit into the pressure cooker. See Penney's post above for a complete recipe!

It's been awhile since I've been here. I had the worst summer ever. All my chickens caught some respiratory thing that is making its way through North Texas and had to be culled. I tried two different meds, and neither worked. It was awful!!
I'm letting the area sit to disinfect until spring. I have a new list of chicks to get all ready to go.

I've been baking a ton. That's been going great. I baked this today. Sourdough pumpkin bread with spices.
