Thanks again Ron. One Two Three is a super plan. Regards, Aria
I still use my fingers to make loaf bread. Takes 5 fingers

1. 110°F water
2. Yeast
3. Salt
4. Sugar
5. Flour

Oil is optional

If I go through the list in my head of what I added and I do not get to five on my finger, I figure out what I missed!

I hate it when I miss the salt...

Ron Did I miss somthing> why the 11 listed for water. Was that
a type error. 1-5 And when I make Multi grain...need the other hand to see the grains to put in. ha ha Aria
Yes, It was 110F but I did not get the ° in there so it was confusing. I will fix it

Tried a new cookie recipe this morning, very good!

WALNUT BREAKFAST & SNACK COOKIES
(Makes about 2.5 - 3 dozen)

1/2 Cup butter, softened
1 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (14 oz) can crushed pineapple, well-drained
1 3/4 Cups AP flour
1/2 Cup instant powdered milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 Cups oatmeal (not instant)
1 Cup dried cranberries (I switched that to dried cherries)
1 Cup coarsely chopped walnuts

1. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Beat in the vanilla. Stir in the crushed pineapple.
2. In separate bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients and combine well. Add dry ingredients to the pineapple mixture and stir until well combined.
3. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a parchment paper-covered baking sheet.
4. Bake at 350* oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on rack.
