Try putting the cookies onto a paper plate and then into the zip lock bag. The plate will protect the cookies.Decided not to decorate the Chick Cookies and just take them to work. Put them in a Zip Lock bag and OMG most of the feet broke off. But no one noticed and they disappeared before lunch..lol.
If they disappeared that quickly, everyone must have liked them...feet or no feet, lol.Decided not to decorate the Chick Cookies and just take them to work. Put them in a Zip Lock bag and OMG most of the feet broke off. But no one noticed and they disappeared before lunch..lol.
I am not sure this is baking , but will a cheese cake cut easier the longer it sits? I am wondering if I bake it on Thursday, then It might cut easier on Sunday? I run the risk of them getting into it before Easter...

... and I have to allot refrigerator space,
...Which is at high real estate values now that the garden is coming in.
What do you all think?
If I does not matter, I will bake it Saturday night.
X2 would not bake and hold 4 days - personally I use a 4 days discard rule. But If it is cooked, you could bake ahead and freeze and thaw in fridge sat pm?If it were me, I'd wait and make it Saturday night. Don't know that sitting for a couple days would make it easier to cut but it would be freshest made the night before.
I love cheese cake with strawberries….The freezing would work, but it is in an even higher real estate value. Saturday night it is then. I want all the work out of the way before Easter.
I do love frozen cheese cake.
I forgot to get the cherries... hey, I have strawberries. What am I thinking?

Oatmeal and raisin cookies are among my favorites. What could be better, yummy and healthy!
Trying to decide on what type of cookies. Found a recipe on Land of Lakes site for sugar cookies that use cream cheese, vanilla and almond - I use those in my best pound cake recipe and it is delicious. But got a birdbrained idea of peanut butter cookies with a chocolate icing ---- don't know if I can find a cookie cutter peanut butter recipe, but gonna go surfing..![]()
Or maybe I can do both…those are really big cutters and it will take 2 recipes if I want to share some...
