I'm pretty sure she's making peanut brittle....she won't tell me though.

Oooh, she's keeping us all in suspense!

I see most of you are getting started early, the only thing I've done is get the Turkey, actually got two since they were $0.57/lb. Hubby's bro and his family arriving tonight.

That was a good buy getting turkey for $0.57 per pound. I was pleased with getting ours for $0.69.

I'm so glad I got mine a few days ago. The meat department in the grocery store today was mobbed with people.

Oh man, I bet! I'm staying as far away as possible from the grocery stores until after thanksgiving! We did all our thanksgiving shopping early Saturday morning and thank god because when I passed the store today I didn't even see an open parking space!

@sumi
Mine have just started producing. Have made zucchini slice, pasta and zucchini hot salad and chocolate zucchini cake. Always up for ways to use them up :)

This (Christmas time for us) is when I use home delivery. Because it's generally a big shop it's normally free or $3 for the delivery. Can't begin to tell you how nice it was not to have to join the masses and the queues last year!
