@Alice28
 it's all your fault there are 2 big loaves of pumpkin bread in my oven right now. Ever since you mentioned it the other day, I haven't been able to get it out of my head. Even with my rice/grits mix-up this morning, I think I managed to make it right :p

That is something I'm more then happy to take the blame for!

Lol man i was told last week my parents werent coming this week now last minute they might. You think i have enough time to dethaw the turkey and ham?
Is the ham a precooked one? If so, I think they can be cooked = warmed without thawing.

But, IMO, do the Turkey only and let it be enough. If questionable, just add some more sides?

Where's mine?

Aren't you the lucky one that got peanut brittle? Where's mine?

x2 I wouldn't cook both turkey and ham if you aren't sure they are coming.

@NorthFLChick if I can remember after Kenpo, my chores are done, and the stove is going. Remind me if I forget.

You bet, thanks!

The turkey is like 11-15 pounds i ll have to look but you make a good point. If they do come it be both my parents for sure and possibly my brother his wife and her two kids. So that plus us three makes nine so the turkey should be fine. There be stuffing, mash, green beans, corn, rolls, a cheese/meat/cracker plate with olives(my husband excited about that) and pumpkin poe and the pecan pie. That should be enough. I dont do sweet potatoes or green bean thing because most everyone wont eat it.
