Thank you! It's a softer bread and the color is so pretty, sort of a very pale yellow, from all the egg yolks. And it's a great way to use up extra eggs when you have them. Today's the first time in a long while I've had extras now that all but 1 girl is done molting

Good to know! The challah recipe I use makes 2 big loaves so I'll have plenty to try your bread pudding recipe with.

The ones I made today weren't that pretty. I must be out of practice

But the bread was tasty with DH's chili tonight and he's promising French toast tomorrow so it's fine!
