Those rolls look amazing. This is honestly the first year my husband been home for valentines day well night really he be home around eight but we got to have breakfast together i made heart pancakes figured i would have fun with it. Apparently tomorrow he actually has a suprise for us (out of four years thats a first normally i buy everyones including my own christmas presents and birthday and we havent had an anniversary date since we been married) he forgets or is always working.

Are you talking the caramel? That was 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup vanilla ice cream and 1 stick butter... Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes. Filling in cinnamon rolls was 1 cup brown sugar and 2-1/2 T cinnamon

I kept debating whether or not to post the cake picture, but what the heck, here it is:



I alternated the 5 layers with chocolate and coconut buttercream frosting. It should at least taste good!
