lol i wish i could do that with my fiance. nothing last till night time.

i decided to make funnel cake and the recipe says to creamthe eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla what do they mean by cream? is it just mixing them well together or does it mean they need to look a certain way.

I use King Arthur flour.  It's a mixture of whole wheat, white, and another flour from Jovial called Einkorn.  I'll edit to add a picture from my phone...

I want to try a loaf with 100% Einkorn but it's a little tricky to work with. I have to do more experimenting with it. I like it because of the organic part and that it's not hybridized.
