Any Home Bakers Here?

This is why we farm. Store bought food is sickening.
Amen!!! There's no real telling whats in it, but I know its not natural for food not to rot in the fridge after a few days/weeek! I truely belive what they add to our food is one of the leading causes for health problems and cancer worldwide, it is why we bought a farm and now grow our own food too!

Ron, your French toast sounds tasty.

Anyone make something special for Valentine's Day?
(I didn't, got lazy this year and went with a box of chocolates for DH.)

Gluten-free sourdough. Waiting for it to cool to check out the crumb. Heart for V-day, but should have done a simple slash.

Thank you for such a fabulous listing of recipes.

I would also like to say

Yes, yes, and yes. Right there with you. Not only what they add to the food, but the lives some of the food has. Nothing humanme, happy, and grassfed about Tyson.

I was going through the azure standard order process and was on the sales section. One of the items there was green banana flour. Does anyone here use that?

I haven't used it, but I've seen breads baked with it online (fb bread group). I don't remember what the person said about it. The bread looked good though.
