This is from Azure Standard: More information https://www.azurestandard.com/shop/...-flournunana-green-banana-flour-organic/20414

The process of producing banana flour is the following:
  1. The process starts with organic green bananas
  2. The fruit is selected and washed
  3. After washing, the skin is separated from the pulp
  4. The pulp is sliced to facilitate the dehydration process
  5. The pulp is dehydrated at 140 to 160ºC in a rotating dryer oven of continuous cycle
  6. The dehydrated pulp is temporarily stored for approximately 12 hours
  7. The dehydrated and cold pulp is ground until converted in banana powder

Very interesting! I've never heard of it before!
Has anyone ever made Irish soda bread? I haven't made it in a while, but I've been craving it lately!

I haven't, but it sounds tasty. :drool I actually baked in quite a while, I've been missing it! :/

Does anyone have a smoker/bbq recipe book they would recommend? There are so many of them available online, it's hard to narrow it down. DH and I want to offer smoked & bbq food at the golf course restaurant this summer and we need to practice some first.
