I would use those ratios!

Now I want to make rye bread!

The sourdough honey spelt bread I made had a slight taste of rye to it. I was tempted to make a Reuben sandwich

Probably some people who do NOT make their own bread...cannot
understand HOW excited it is to WAIT for these Bread results.
