Char's Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup I Can't Believe its Not Butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) vanilla flavored Instant Pudding
2 eggs
1 pkg. (12oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup whole pecan halves
Combine flour & baking soda and set aside.
Combine butter, sugars, vanilla, & pudding mix in large mixer bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips and nuts (batter will be stiff).
Drop by heaping tablespoons about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. I used parchment paper.
Bake at 375°F. for 9 to 9 1/2 minutes or until lightly browned.
