Was happy to find a cookie cutter for mini gingerbread house at a dollar store! It included a very good recipe on the back. Next time they will be less messy, and fancier. First time making cookie houses!

Gingerbread, snickerdoodle, sour cream sugar cookies are all ready to go to their new owners!

Debby, The Rolls LOOK SUPER. Health Food store for Buttermilk
powder, non=Diastac malt powder. These are two ingredients I have never used. Thanks Aria

The non-diastatic powder is used in bagels too. I'm glad I was able to find another use for it.
