Cranberry Relish
1 (12 oz.) package frozen cranberries (grind while frozen)
2 red delicious apples cored
2 oranges remove seeds. (I use the peel of one (1) or you can use peel of both.
Cut apples and oranges into size that will fit into your meat grinder.
Grind all of the above into a large bowl. Mix together and add enough sugar or sweetener to taste.
(Use grinding blade for coarseness that you want).
Good as a side dish or on toast
Will keep in fridge for 2-3 weeks.

That's exactly how I've done it for years, too! Except I only cook them for about 10-11 minutes. Much longer than that, and they seem to develop a greenish tint around the yolks. Here they seem perfect at 10-11 minutes, no runny whites and very easy to peel.I just put eggs in a pot of boiling water, cook them about 14-15 minutes, then drop them in a bowl of icy water. Let them cool off and the shells slip right off.
Been doing it that way for a few years now and they turn out great!
