I just baked stew pie and sugar cookies!

The bran muffins I grew up with were made with Raisin bran and has buttermilk in it. It makes a boatload of muffins though. Thankfully the batter will last a few weeks in the fridge and the muffins freeze well.

I never got around to making any muffins today but, depending on how tomorrow goes, I may make a batch of blueberry muffins to freeze since we still have a ton of blueberries in the freezer. I do have a good recipe for that. I'm going to compare it to the one posted earlier

Yes, pretty good especially with whipped cream or cool whip.

I, most definitely, LOVE to bake! My mom taught me how to at a very early age, and one of the first things she taught me how to make was Gingerbread. And now, 44 years later I still make some every year at least twice.
