Last year we smoked some trout...that was good stuff!

About 10 years ago we camped with a group at a place called eagle lake. It is full of large lake trout!

Each days catch was smoked and boy was that good! Fresh caught and camp smoked trout

I made sourdough waffles the other night packed a gallon bag in the freezer with them put two in the toaster this morning .... woohooo hot waffles ... no motivations but need to go clean chickens

My Youngest DD does not know what those are LOL! It shocks her when she sees stuff like that that we make all the time.

She says: "But Why?"
