When I was in the fifth grade, Out teacher read the little house on the prairie books to us. The first book was Little house in the Woods. In that book, One day of the week was the Baking day when they baked a weeks worth of bread, cakes, pies and etc.

I finally busted out my new pasta machine yesterday!

No more hand rolling, or maybe less..lol..

Berkshire Pork Belly cured for 8 days.

Rubbed deep w/light brn sugar.

Offset smoked and water pot steamed from 9am to 9pm.

Tonight will be cut up THICK SLICED for BLT Sandwiches on made from scratch toasted bread slices.
