Any Home Bakers Here?

1 14oz bag of sweetened coconut flakes,.
2 Cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 Cups Chopped lightly salted almonds
1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 325*F
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed,
Scoop out about an once of mix onto the parchment.
Wet your figures to shape the mix..
Bake for 12-14 minutes until the coconut starts to brown,
Cool on a cookie rack.

Let the cookies set on the sheet for 5-10 minutes before moving to the wrack. Ugly but good....

I think Angel food cake with fresh strawberries sounds perfect for Easter

Starting with cinnamon rolls in the morning of course
My sisteer is having baked lasanga and she made the Cheese Cake
with the Ricotta. I am bringing: Oatmeal Cookies, Biscotti, and Multi Grain Cup Cakes and 2 bottles of wine. They like to eat healthy. Being together will be the most important.
