Why waitYep, Hostess sells Ding Dongs now. But looking at the Internet Ding Dong pictures, it appears I've actually made Hostess Cupcakes. Ding Dongs don't have a squiggle on top and Cupcakes do. Whoever wrote the recipe should have done their homework!
Still waiting for DH to get home from work so we can cut one if half. I need to see that marshmallow-y inside!
Why wait![]()
I hope the baking for the events goes well!I made 2 different recipes of marble cupcakes today to see which I like better. One has sour cream and butter the other had buttermilk and oil. I myself prefer the sour cream but the butter milk are prettier. I will have kids and hubby do a taste test. I have to do cupcakes for a graduation and a confirmation, both want marble.
You're absolutely right DMC! No time like the present (and I'll just call it my dinner):

Yum-o! They take time to make and make a mess making them (for me anyway) but they are good!

I lucked out this year. My Oldest DD wanted me to bake 400 cupcakes for her Wedding Reception.
She got married at the Court house instead...Lucky me!
Baking them and getting them from here to Santa Clara too!You DID get lucky! 400 cupcakes![]()
I have to try out my contest entry. Once one way, once another. There are also two other ways to make it, but I can try those when I am doing the other two things.
I need more freezer space or a volunteer to help meeatnot eat the experiments.
