Smoked goose is really good. My BIL from Idaho makes it whenever he gets out hunting for goose.

Trying out a new chicken & pasta dish for dinner tonight.

Yikes, guess I best get on it! Didn't realize it was so late (almost 4pm).

I have a crock pot taco soup going at home

My whole house smells like soup now. I roasted a chicken other day and made Buffalo chicken dip so I put the carcass the crock pot and made some bone broth. One that was done, I pulled out the bones and ground them down for the dog (bone slop lol). I kept the bone broth and added veggies that we've been saving up in the freezer. There were carrot tops, celery, onion peels, onion and garlic scapes. The whole house smells heavenly! I think I'll can it all up tomorrow and save it for the next time I make a big batch of soup

It smells great here too! I am about to shred the chicken and let it go for two more hours
