I'm stuffed too. Cooked a 2 year old Tom and it came out tender and juicy. The gravy was phenomenal. I braised the legs and thighs on a bed of herbs and aromatics with turkey stock for 90 minutes longer than the breast. I added the braising liquid to the gravy and boy did it make a difference.
