Any Home Bakers Here?

Got the Palmiers done!

The filling can be just about anything (like a streusel type filling). I used walnuts, brown sugar and dried cherries. Next time I'd leave out the cherries, it was hard to slice thru them.
 
I have a can brown metal that hold my flour just shy of the 25lbs, use to be a twin that Ma kept flour and sugar in not certain what happened to it but refuse to pay 35. or more when I can buy them at our hardware for 4 dollars
