  • Oh and I like to keep both Mexican and Italian Oregano on hand
  • And an assortment of dried chili peppers
  • Three different types of ground cinnamon, plus cinnamon sticks
I love Penzey's spices, but they are Top Shelf in every since of the word and expensive. I also buy a lot of my spices at a restaurant supply store.
I have most of those too. I love smoked paprika.

Oh and we didn't even get into the baking spices... ;)
Well???
One thing I've been trying more of are the extracts & flavorings. So many recipes call for vanilla, but it's fun to try other flavors (almond, coconut, maple, etc.).
I had (nooo idea where they went!!); peppermint, almond, cherry and orange.
