The brownies are yummy! The roast is still cooking. I got it in late.still looks awful good
I made knock you naked brownies and I have a pork roast in the instant pot for supper. I thought I wrecked my pot the other night. I put steak and cream of mushroom soup in there and made a trip out to the coop to take care of cats and chickens. When I got back in I saw gravy coming out of it and steam coming out the bottom. I forgot to put the gasket in the coverI quick unplugged it. Hubby took it all apart so I could clean it. Thank goodness it did not get on any of the parts! Seems to be working ok

I did not come up with itLove the brownie's name DMC! What's in them?
The biggest problem with stuff like that is scorching the insert pot!I made knock you naked brownies and I have a pork roast in the instant pot for supper. I thought I wrecked my pot the other night. Since the instant pot is very good at not losing steam, less water is needed for beans.Yes, they make a point to tell you that you must have enough water in it so it doesn't go dry. The instant pot is still in the "trying to learn it" stage here. I was making Pasta Fagioule the other night and I couldn't find my can of navy beans, so I pulled out the instant pot and cooked some up! It worked good, but no-where could I find how much water for 1 1/2 c. dry navy beans. I had to ladle them out of the leftover water because I made navy bean soup, lol!
But it turned out all right as my pasta soaked up all the liquid for the soup so I added the bean water to make it soupy again.
