15 pounds of cheese!!!
I do buy 3 pounds of cheese at a time when it is on sale, lol. Between the 2 pounds of cheddar I just bought, the 4 8oz pkgs of cream cheese for cheesecake, 1 pound of sliced colby, 2 pounds of mozzerella, 1/2 pound of Gruyere and 1/2 pound of Fontina that I have in the freezer for making Mac&Cheese - I have a total of 8 pound of cheese in the house at the moment. I forgot the 1 pound of string cheese DH bought for Bloody Mary's and the 8 oz port wine spread cheese.

I envy you your cheese problem.
I was teasing about the cheese of course. I use about two cups. I just don’t think cheese should be measured. It’s a crime!

That is so true! I do the same thing with pecans and most spices

It's 70 degrees Fahrenheit here. Just like last year, if I'm going to beat the heat, I might as well do it in style.

My brother's lemonade recipe. I can't remember where he found it, but it is the best lemonade. I may have posted it before, I can't remember.

Just keep in mind the following ratio for this lemonade, and you will be fine. 1 part lemon juice to 1 part sugar to 4 parts water.
