Emmental is out of the press. It's soaking in a brine now. It will be ready to eat in 22-29 days!

@penny1960, are you looking for an asparagus recipe? I've got a good one if you need it.
We are dogsitting our neighbors 1 year old Dalmatian. Its crazy here with 3 dogs in the house!
Emmental will be out of the brine in 3 hours and 56 minutes.
Penny I like it the way Jared suggested. I'll also make a little pan from foil, toss them in a bit of olive oil, sprinkle with Montreal and nutmeg, then cover the tips with foil and cook them on the grill. A touch of lemon zest and a squeeze of lemon doesn't hurt either.@penny1960, Well, what I do is I bake it in the oven after sprinkling some salt and pepper and parmesan cheese on it. It's pretty delicious this way! I'll get more details on how to cook it in a little bit.
Jared's approach is awesome! Both sound good but already doing burgers on the grill so will give that a shot this time
was thinking of the grill so will keep in mind the oven route for another time
