I have a screenshot of the ingredients to something I wanted to make last week. What I don’t know is what on earth I was making! It’s too thick to be pancakes, but not quite biscuits either. Anyone have any idea?

About the Leicester I made on April 4th......

Due to some problems, I had to take it out. However, it tastes amazing. 22 days is the amount of time to age it for my taste.

Made apple fritters but cooked enough apples to put them on ice cream for desert,
steaks marinating to go on the grill they want fried rice with it
