Any Home Bakers Here?

Thanks for the advice. Tossed it to be on the safe side. These were store-bought eggs.

In case you're wondering, I'm making pickled eggs.

I boiled eggs this morning and one of them was bad. It didn't float but it did crack in half - without actually breaking the membrane - and show me the gross green insides :sick

That was the first bad egg that I found in 4 years of this chicken adventure.
It must be a trend! I had a bad one on the weekend when I was making french toast.
