Thanks Debby, Should not have baked...should have rested. TheHope your bread is a pleasant surprise Aria. And get over that runny nose & cough...that's no fun at all!
Penny, Hate when that happens. Have NOT had a cold in YEARS.oh that really bites huh Aria
The same here. NEVER order out. We just do not like it. Today
I made two loaves of my 2 pound loaves: one sourdough one
whole wheat and white. THE LONGEST in a long time...the bread
took to rise. I must say the wind was blowing, horrible weather,
rain and our house was not as WARM....as usual. NEVER will
do that again. Not fun baking. Find out tomorrow how the bread
tastes. EEK and we are having guests. Will keep you posted.
Going to the Cottage tomorrow....we are closing for the season.
As usual.....we enjoy opening and NEVER look forward to closing.
I have had a runny nose and cough....I am not up to par either.
Better days...please. Aria
Before I got my proofing box, I would use a heating pad for the bread. Set the dough on it and set the pad to low.
The weekend is coming up! I need to figure out what to bake!Never tired that but have not been baking that long either just blame Ron![]()
