Thanks Debby, Should not have baked...should have rested. The
Family is coming and it was necessary.....everyone is bringing food
to put it all together...and I was given Bread. Let you know WHAT

Penny, Hate when that happens. Have NOT had a cold in YEARS.
Just started to take Astragalus. It did help the years I have been taking. Probably should have started earlier. DARN. Regards, Aria

I buy generic of mucinex for cold decongestant they prescribed when I had pneumonia is
over the counter now

The same here. NEVER order out. We just do not like it. Today
I made two loaves of my 2 pound loaves: one sourdough one
whole wheat and white. THE LONGEST in a long time...the bread
took to rise. I must say the wind was blowing, horrible weather,
rain and our house was not as WARM....as usual. NEVER will
do that again. Not fun baking. Find out tomorrow how the bread
tastes. EEK and we are having guests. Will keep you posted.

Going to the Cottage tomorrow....we are closing for the season.
As usual.....we enjoy opening and NEVER look forward to closing.
I have had a runny nose and cough....I am not up to par either.
Better days...please. Aria

Before I got my proofing box, I would use a heating pad for the bread. Set the dough on it and set the pad to low.

Peach Berry Cobbler

This one was made with fresh peaches and frozen black raspberries. The black raspberries were partially thawed before mixing with the syrup and peaches. It did not last very long.
