Thanks, it's really my hobby (besides the chickens ) , I'm a nurse by day, super Chef by night... They (MY FAMILY) expect a spectacular dinner every night from me. I love sourdough bread and Pizza, my weakness..

Sounds like you have enough to keep busy with! Hope you'll share more of your good stuff with us :)
 
I got behind on this thread so I was catching up while my ham and beans were in the pressure cooker. Oh dear this is a tough thread to read when you're STARVING :gigSo I put a pan of those biscuits from the exploding can in the oven. They're lots better than the hockey pucks I've made! If anyone makes lovely biscuits, I'd love to hear about them!

I read a tip that said to use soft white wheat flour. You should be able to find this in Washington state!

The low gluten in white wheat helps the biscuit to stay tender.
