See as I said I have 4 real egg rings 2 metal use those on cast iron
our cookware is 1/2 Cast iron the rest is Caphalon. That is why for the silicone
egg rings

Made tarter sauce but one addition to the recipe was the cloves add a bit of spice bite to it

Tartar Sauce

1/4 cup pickles dill and sweet
4 tbsp yellow Mustard
4 tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp Honey
1 cup Mayo
3 tbsp Dill
2 tsp ground Cloves

Make at least 3 hours before serving.

With a lot of advice from @rjohns39 I made an omelette today! It's not perfect but it sure looks better than any other one I've made.
