Thanks for the recipe!

I should make this since the dip from Costco is about out

@Porch Chickens
Thanks!
I have been thinking about Spinach dip all weekend, but don't have a recipe and was too lazy to look one up. Now I will have to make it, lol!
AND, I made Blueberry Coffee Cake yesterday morning for breakfast. My recipe is very similar to yours, only no lemon. And my recipe makes a huge 9x12 pan - for 2 of us to eat it is a lot.

Wow! For me its 5 people eating the 9x9 pan! Yeah I the lemon gives it a really good flavor. I hope you like the spinach dip!

What is the cornbread casserole Please
1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 stick butter, softened
1 8 oz tub sour cream, bring to room temp.

Mix and bake 350 50 to 60 minutes. I mix it right in the dish I'm baking it in.
I added a small can of diced green chili's but sometimes I'll add a can of Rotel drained. Not healthy so I don't make it often!
