Any Home Bakers Here?

I am almost decided The Correct Procedure to make a TRUE SOURDOUGH Loaf is NOT for me. Either 2 days for a round small loaf...
or one day with "stretch turn fold", with a 30 min rest and then do 4
of the same waiting 30 minutes between each stretch turn fold. Then
for the final shaping and rise AGAIN and baking. You can do it one day
taking the WHOLE DAY or mix and then stretch and fold next day and
bake. This seems TOO LONG of a time mixing, handling the dough
for that small round crusty loaf. And the final result: a slice fill of HOLES
making it almost impossible to make a sandwich. Is there an easier way?
 
No I haven't, is that an extract?
It's an imitation extract/flavoring. You can usually find it along side of other extracts. It's mainly in a 1 oz size. It really makes a difference. You can usually smell and taste the butter flavor over the vanilla and nut flavors. I don't use more than 1/2 tsp. It's one of those things that once you use it, you'll always use it. Kind of like ground coriander. You can use grd coriander in any soup, even canned store bought soup, and it makes a world of difference. The vanilla/but/nut and the coriander are two of the most highly underrated items in the spice isle.
I should confess that I worked for The C. F. Sauer Spice Company for 20 yrs. They are based in Richmond, Va. Founded in 1887, it was one of the oldest family owned and operated businesses in the country until it was sold last year to a private equity company.

I have wasted valuable time messing with this thing today. Just because I am baffled how in the world this happened. This lid will not come out no matter what I try!

Liquid soap? Oil? Freezing?
