Oh cool! Biscuit cutters I have, Guess I'll have to find something else to go online shopping for:D.

Are you looking for a reason?

I was talking to our UPS guy the other day. He said he's about ready to collapse from delivering the piles of packages. It almost made me feel guilty for ordering cake sprinkles (but not a whole lot guilty).

Good to know. I've even seen on KAF a recipe that called for heating the oven to 500 f for an hour before putting the bread in to bake. To me, that seems extremely wasteful. Wouldn't even consider it except on a really cold day with the heat turned off.
I do not go over 450 for sourdough in the dutch oven.

My next oven will have a steam setting for bread and then I will not need a dutch oven!

For loaf bread and rolls that has milk and butter in it 350F is the max. For a plain sandwich loaf in a pan you can go up to 400. that will brown the top a lot though

I don't really need a reason:) As it is I do all my grocery shopping online and constantly go back to "modify" my orders. I usually have carts scheduled for curbside pickup at two or more stores at a time. I do sometimes cancel an order if I get what I need from the first pickup. I keep waiting for the website to flash a big warning "STOP WITH ALL THE CHANGES"

So you cut English muffins like cookie cutter?
I never made English muffins but they look great.
Can you explain the process a little more?
Do you layer the dough like croissants?
Or roll it out like cookies?
I've made buns by making balls of dough do you do that at all?
