Any Home Bakers Here?

Something that I just don’t understand. She lives on a cattle ranch, and buys burger from the store.

There's something wrong with that.......

I’m old, and female. I watched the original Star Wars, and V.

I'm a fan of those oldies too. I love Star Wars and Star Trek. Right now, I am watching Mystery Science Theater 3000.

Anyway, back on the baking subject. I need to find time to bake a pizza. My family is now a big fan of @NFCs pizza dough recipe.

Glad your family likes the recipe Jared! I'm making it today for our dinner tomorrow.

My sons have been huge MST3K fans for years! That's some funny stuff there.

Hope things are going well for you :)

I was so excited to move to Wyoming and get fresh beef and lamb - na-da. There is not a meat processing plant in Wyoming. All their cattle are sent to Nebraska for feedlotting and processing.
I get such good beef here in Wisconsin. It is all fresh too. The other day I asked the butcher if they ever have Eye of Round roasts in? He said they never sell, so they don't put them out on the shelf. He went back and wrapped one up for me as I stood there. I am really starting to love my butcher.
Last summer they had whole sirloins in the kryo-wrapper for $3.99 per pound. I had the butcher grind the whole thing for me - they did it no charge. Ground sirloin is about 90-92% lean and makes the best burgers!! I think it was 18 pounds total and delicious!!
