I did. It was flopping over the sides. It stuck to the saran wrap.

Question for you that make frittatas or quiche...what types of cheese do you use? I've always used Swiss but don't have enough to make one with today so I was wondering what else would work well.
Guerrier cheese is good in quiche. In frittatas cheddar, pepper jack and jack cheese work too

Debby, Any hard Cheese would work, cheddar, any one you like and a
mixture is fine too. I am making an egg dish: two potatoes, THIN....1/2
onion....let cook brown, two or 4 eggs with a fork-beat....add grated cheeses top....cover and cook about 5 mins. Enjoy. Aria
